Meet the Founders

Rachel Hirsch & Melissa Gellman Weiss are passionate wellness seekers and business leaders. They’re unified in their pay-it-forward mindset and belief in the power community to build businesses and improve people’s lives.

Melissa Gellman Weiss is a Fortune 500 CMO and brand strategist who has led marketing at Barry’s Bootcamp, Amazon, and J.Crew. She is also the founder of RE/GEN Method, a science-backed fitness method designed for women. Melissa lives in New York with her husband, two teenage daughters, and shih-tzu named Skipper.

Rachel is the LA-based Founder and Managing Director of Wellness Growth Ventures, a VC firm focused on seed stage, female-founded wellness businesses. She also founded and leads Empowered Yoga in Los Angeles. Rachel’s true love is likely her pup, Nala, the official mascot of The 2% Club.
